Bio: 

Andrea Araldo is a postdoctoral researcher at the ITS Lab since January 2017.He obtained his PhD in Computer Networks from Télécom Paristech and Université ParisSud, Paris, under the supervision of Prof. Fabio Martignon and Prof. Dario Rossi. He received his BSc and MSc in Computer Engineering from Università di Catania.He has been a postdoctoral researcher at Télécom Paristech and visiting researcher at the Department of Network and Systems Engineering of KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, working with Prof. Gyorgy Dan. He has participated in the FP7 European research project mPlane, Measurement Plane for Future Network and Application Management. He worked as research engineer for the Italian Academic Consortium for Telecommunications (CNIT) on the FP7 European project Ofelia, OpenFlow in Europe, with Prof. Giacomo Morabito. He was a teaching assistant in two MSc courses in Computer Networks at Télécom Paristech.

His current research interests are Intelligent Transportation Systems, Network Optimization and Content Distribution in the Internet.
